When submitting a resubmission, please include separate documents for the Reply to Referee and Reply to Editor. If you have replies for two or more referees, each referee reply should be contained within its own document. It is fine for the Reply to Editor document to contain the replies to referees, but the Reply to Referee document should not contain the Reply to Editor.
